As the colder time of year sets in, the nights get longer and the light fades before we can even get out to play on most days, our flow practice moves more indoors than outside. It can be a struggle for folks with low ceilings to stay motivated to practice, especially if they are feeling cramped by their living quarters and missing the openness of public parks and the green outdoors.
